Refund policy
Thank you for choosing KooLamp.com. Rest assured, all KooLamp products undergo rigorous testing by our quality inspectors before shipping. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Cancellation Policy
We will process your order within 24 hours as soon as we receive the order. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us via koolamp@outlook.com to contact us within 6 hours after you place the order. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after the cancellation of your order.
If you wish to cancel your order beyond 24 hours, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of the order.
We will try our best to meet your needs. However, if the products you ordered have already been shipped out, then your order cannot be cancelled.
Before installing or using the products, please double check the following when it arrives:
- Scan the box for damage.
- Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
- Remove the packaging and inspect the items.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
Production defects, lack of products or shipping damage:
- If the product you ordered delivered with a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly and we will reship it for you.
- Missing part of your package: If you receive the quantity of products is less than your order, please contact us in time. We will send you a replacement for the missing items as soon as we confirm it.
- If your package was damaged during packaging or shipping, please provide the appropriate photos. Once our team have reviewed and approved your package, we will reship to you or give you a full refund.
- Please ensure that the photos you submit are not blurry or obscured. Providing high quality photos will help us resolve your issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your order.
Kindly note:
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We can accept your return, but not free for any reason. If there is something wrong with the quality of our products, we sent it wrong or missed it, we will give you a refund or replace the products.
We will not provide return service for the following non-merchant reasons:
- Wrong size: Our sizes and measurements are clearly marked on the product pages, please follow the product description to purchase. If you don’t understand, please contact our customer service.
- The color doesn’t match your cabinets: Due to the limitations of the technical conditions of photography, our products may have a little color difference, if you can’t accept, please be careful to purchase.
- Buy more than you expected.
- No longer needed after you received.
- Don’t like it due to your personal reasons.
- Due to the incorrect delivery address or zip code you provided, the product can not be delivered in time.
- Other non-merchant reasons.
Once we have agreed to your return, when your returned package arrives at our designated warehouse and is approved, all refunds will be returned to the account you paid for your order within 10 business days.
All return processes must be processed within 30 days of the receipt of your package and approved by us.
In addition, we will need to deduct the initial shipping cost of your order from your refund.
Please contact us within 14 days after you receive your package.
Non-returnable items
- Products that do not meet the 30-day return and exchange policy.
- Customized products made according to customer's wishes.
- Misunderstanding of product listing despite clear indication of non-discounted items.
For items not eligible for return refunds, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. And we will deduct up to 70% of the cost + service fee of your refund amount.
We do not accept any unregistered packages, any unregistered packages will be rejected.
Despite our efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, there may still be variations from the actual product. We encourage customers to inquire as much as possible to ensure the shopping experience meets expectations. Our customer service representatives will be more than happy to address any questions you may have.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
